Managed IT Services

Managed IT for businesses that can’t afford to stop.

One team that answers the phone, watches your network, patches your devices, backs up your data and deals with your vendors, so your people can do their jobs.

Who it’s for

Built for the way you actually work.

Offices, clinics, retail stores, restaurants and multi-location brands with somewhere between a handful and a few hundred people, and no appetite for a full in-house IT department. Already have an IT person? We work alongside them (co-managed IT) and take the overflow.

Clear response targets, in writing.

Every agreement spells out response targets by priority: a register or a phone system that is down outranks a new mouse. You see the targets before you sign.

  4. Plan aheadA simple hardware and software roadmap so budgets never get surprised.

Questions

Straight answers.

How is managed IT priced?

Usually per user or per location per month, quoted after the free assessment, so routine support is not billed by the hour. Projects such as new locations or office moves are quoted separately before work starts.

How fast do you respond?

Response targets are written into your agreement by priority. Anything that stops you taking payments or serving customers is first in line.

Do we have to replace our current IT person?

No. Co-managed IT is a common setup: your person keeps the relationships and the projects they like, and your agreement lists exactly which parts we cover, such as help desk overflow, monitoring and patching.

Do you support Mac and Windows?

Yes, along with iPads, Android tablets, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the common POS and network hardware.

What if we leave?

Your proposal states the term, the notice period and the exit plan, including how we hand back every password, document and admin account. You own all of it from day one.
